Being a skinny guy my whole life, it has not been easy. You know what they say about being beautiful on the inside? Yeah, that's only partly true. In order to be confident and act like one, exterior factors play a large factor as well. He totally made me believe again that major physical change could happen, but it would mean hard work. I needed to refresh my knowledge on bodybuilding haven't had done any weightlifting for 6 years or so just so I don't waste my time and get in shape quickly.
